Tricia Bartlett has the proven ability to multi-task and take charge in a chaotic world and bring calm to the forefront.  A veteran of the advertising and marketing world, she has helped her Premier Concierge clients for more than 15 years find more time for themselves.  As a mother of  three, and a new grandmother, she knows the value of organization and planning!


Monique Losson comes to Premier Concierge with a background in corporate business and small-business ownership. For more than 15 years, Monique has offered our Premier Concierge clients customized service with precision and a dose of humor and humility! She’s married, has two grown sons, and keeps things humming at Premier!

Our Founder Misty Keown (retired) established Premier Concierge in 2000 to provide a distinctive quality service that Dallas’ fast-paced business environment needed.  Her outstanding leadership,organizational  skills, and boundless energy inspired our  staff and ensured the success of the company and its phenomenal growth.  We take pride in these strengths and know they will become invaluable to you.
