Tricia Bartlett has the proven ability to multi-task and take charge in a chaotic world and bring calm to the forefront. A veteran of the advertising and marketing world, she has helped her Premier Concierge clients for more than 15 years find more time for themselves. As a mother of three, and a new grandmother, she knows the value of organization and planning!

Monique Losson comes to Premier Concierge with a background in corporate business and small-business ownership. For more than 15 years, Monique has offered our Premier Concierge clients customized service with precision and a dose of humor and humility! She’s married, has two grown sons, and keeps things humming at Premier!

Our Founder Misty Keown (retired) established Premier Concierge in 2000 to provide a distinctive quality service that Dallas’ fast-paced business environment needed. Her outstanding leadership,organizational skills, and boundless energy inspired our staff and ensured the success of the company and its phenomenal growth.
